Shipping policy

Vimu Jewels will ship orders once they are placed within 2 working days. If you would like next day delivery please reach out to us info@vimujewels.com and we will be happy to assist. 

We will request that all orders are signed for by the recipient, we will use couriers such as Yodel to ship our orders. It is up to the customer to retrieve their order if it is left with a neighbour, Vimu Jewels will not be held responsible for the couriers error, we will assist in any way that we can if the customer should like to raise a complaint with the courier if the order was left with an unreliable neighbour or stolen.
